The controls of Fifa 99 are almost similar to those of World Cup 98.
Below are some of the brief keyboard controls if you do not know. If there
are controls which are not listed here, feel free to email me and I'll have it posted
immediately. Gamepad controls are unknown to me now! If you can email them to me.
Basic Movements
Without ball
'A' = Tackle
'S' = Change player
'D' = Standing tackle
'Q' = Push the nearest opposition player
'W' = Sprint
'E' = Hard & vicious tackle
With Ball
'A' = Lob
'S' = Pass
'D' = Shoot for goal
'Q' = ???
'W' = Sprint
'E' = Avoid tackle with ball
